Quotations  

All quotations shown are valid for 30 days unless otherwise indicated and based on current cost levels, market conditions, exchange rates, surcharges and are subject to alteration up to the time of shipment.  Rate quoted excludes any insurance and VAT where applicable will be charged at the current rate. Additional costs include but are not limited to demurrage, detention, port dues, container/trailer cleaning, truck demurrage, and cancellation charges. Quotations have no provision for dangerous goods, timed delivery, or special requirements unless otherwise stated. We have no liability for consequential loss and quoted transit times are advisory and not guaranteed and subject to customs clearance where applicable.

 
Payment Terms 

Payment terms are 30 days net following date of invoice, except Duty and VAT which are payable by return or in advance. 

All business undertaken is subject to our Standard Trading Terms and Conditions which are BIFA 2005, a copy of which is available upon request.

It is the responsibility of the shipper to make sure that all goods are properly packaged for transit by land and (rough) seas.

All e-mails are scanned for viruses; however CMI Logistics Ltd does not accept responsibility for any loss or damage caused if this email or any attachment is not virus free.
