CMI Logistics Ltd ("CMI Logistics", "we", "us") is the data controller for personal data collected through this website. We are an independent UK freight forwarder based at Albion Mills, Albion Road, Greengates, Bradford, West Yorkshire BD10 9TQ.

When you make an enquiry or request a quote, we collect the details you give us, such as:

• your name and, where provided, your company;
• your contact details (email address and, if you ask us to call, your phone number);
• the service you are interested in and the details of what you want to ship;
• any other information you include in your message.

We also collect limited technical information automatically, such as your approximate location derived from your IP address, the pages you visit, how you reached the site (for example a search engine or an advert), and your device and browser type. Where this relies on non-essential cookies, we only collect it with your consent.

We share data only with providers that help us run this site and our business, including:

• Supabase, which hosts our database and stores enquiries securely;
• Resend, which delivers enquiry notification emails to our team.

We do not sell your personal data. Where a provider processes data outside the UK, we rely on appropriate safeguards such as the UK International Data Transfer Agreement.

We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to respond and to maintain our business records, and then delete or anonymise them. Analytics and advertising data is retained according to the settings in the relevant Google product.

• object to, or ask us to restrict, certain processing;
